His Love Delivers You Every Time
Jesus is speaking LIFE over you right now. He is feeding you healing words of love to bring strength to your life. Simply listen. He is the Good Shepherd of your soul. He knows how deep your soul goes…how dark the waters can be and how they move from contentment to anxiety like waves. There is nothing hidden from Him and yet He never shames you or looks away.
As a Shepherd who loves you, He searches to find your soul in the dry, parched places and leads you back to the clear, cool water of His voice. He expertly pulls your body from the silent trap of the enemy. He always gently cleanses you when the world has matted your coat with its heavy cares. Jesus patiently untangles all the knots. He sits with you even when you have chosen to be near addiction’s stinging nest and speaks to you of your worth. He leads you to the soft green grass of His Presence every time.
Even now, you are on Holy Ground. It is His presence that makes it Holy Ground. You are in the middle of a cleansing, holy flame. When Yahweh spoke through the burning bush to the man, Moses, He said, “The place you are standing is holy ground”. It was not Moses’ obedience that made the place holy, it was God’s presence. It is the same for you today. He is here with you now. When you call His name, He is near. He hears you say, “Jesus”. You are safe because of His name.
Jesus asks you, “Give me your wounds. Give Me your hunger. Give me your anxiety. I do not condemn you.”
You are invited to place your ear near His heart where His Word originates. Listen to the blood of the Lamb of God. It speaks. All blood speaks, but His blood speaks LIFE over you. It speaks about the value of your life to Father God. He gave the blood of Jesus to you so the treasures of Heaven could flow into you. You are now connected to righteousness, perfect cleansing, wholeness, peace, and the greatest power…through that heart beat.
Like a loud concert, His voice can be drowned out with the noise of the world: labels, fear, lack, mocking voices, ambition, a better way, endless to-do’s, hopelessness, opinions, forecasts…a din of distraction.
For your soul’s sake, focus on Jesus. His believers are promised the ability to clearly hear Him.
“My sheep hear my voice…and the voice of a stranger they will not follow.” John 10:4-5
Don’t lip read what you think He is saying while hearing only the world. Don’t rely on an interpreter. When you focus on Him, the world's noise will fade away.
“I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through union with Me. To know Me is to know My Father too.” John 14:6
“I love you with the same love that the Father loves Me. You must continually let my love nourish your heart. If you will keep my commandments -{Listen to Me}- you will live in My love, just as I have… -{Listened to}- the Father, for I am continually nourished by His love.” John 15:9-10 TPT
When you listen, you will live IN His love. To live IN His love is to really believe that you are loved. Your faith will work smoothly in the atmosphere of knowing God truly loves you. His love for you is the answer to that issue that is giving you trouble. How do I know that? Because the Holy Spirit gave you and I this promise:
“You are more than a conqueror through Him (Jesus) who LOVES you.” Romans 8:37
The pain in your body, the isolation in your soul, the financial situation, the negative words spoken over you, the ache and hunger for something better…none of these can stand when you allow the Father, the Savior, and the Holy Spirit to shower you with their love.
Your mistakes are overwhelmed with a massive force of the Godhead’s love for you. His crucifixion took every mistake, every sin, every weakness, every wound. His cross opened the door to the love of the Father pouring into your life…continuously.
“We can now experience the endless love of God cascading into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who lives in us! ” Romans 5:5 TPT
There is no suffering or payment God is asking you to bear because of your disobedience. Jesus bore it for you. None of your sin stands between you and the love of God. Jesus has opened the levy forevermore.
He is speaking to you, “I love you with an everlasting love. My love keeps no record of a suffered wrong.”
As you sit reading this, remember you are wrapped in Christ. You are clothed in His gift of salvation and robed in righteousness. He is near you and within you. He knows your heartbeat. He knows when you arise, when you go in, when you go out, and where you sit. He knows the cry of your soul. And His love for you is without boundaries. Do you believe God loves you?
I am here to encourage you to honestly answer this question.
Is there a grief that stands in the way? An unanswered prayer? Is there a cancer in your body or your soul? Are you unable to forgive God for a hurt done to you? Are you only able to ask, “If you love me then why…?”
Love is gentle and consistently kind to all. Love does not traffic in shame…Love does not punish…Love never stops loving…Love is a safe place of shelter (from 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 TPT).
God is love. 1 John 4:16
For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor (demonic) principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:38-39
His love can surpass the bad report. It can break the barriers of space and time. His love can drop deep into your inner being passing beyond every feeling. His love is bigger than your feelings. Human love can be warm and fuzzy over your soul but God’s love goes past that love and becomes your strength, your refuge, and your reality no matter what you see, hear, or feel.
His love is a force. Knowledge of His love for you can enter the center of your bones, where the marrow flows. When His love dwells there, you are eternally unbreakable. It is supernatural and unstoppable. It overtakes your identity and transforms you. It is a force that delivers you from darkness and translates you into the light of the kingdom of Jesus Christ.
His love is a real refuge and every negative word slides off of it. Offence, fear of failure, fear of death, fear of lack, fear of pain… all slide off. They don’t enter your heart.
“The only thing that really matters is living by the transforming power of the new creation life -{His eternal LOVE for you!}-.” Galatians 6:15-16 TPT
You are God’s special possession. You are His inheritance. You are valued treasure and the One who IS Love has decided to pour Himself into your life. This is the new creation life! Allow His love to transform your perspective on every problem that stares you down. His love delivers you every time.
I will leave you with an amazing story of one man who believed that God loved him in the middle of a battle. This man was returning home from a visit to his doctor. His mind was in a fog because his doctor had just told him he had terminal cancer. There were treatments, but his time was short and the doctor recommended to get his affairs in order. As he pulled into his driveway his neighbor was walking by. They exchanged “hellos” but the neighbor, who was a believer in Jesus Christ, heard the gentle nudge of the Spirit to tell the man that God loved him. The heart of the man was wide open to receive the message of salvation so they prayed together and the man gave his heart to Jesus. The man did not attend church, he didn’t read the bible, and he did not study any doctrine that said God could do this but not that. He simply believed with all of his heart that God loved him. He meditated on it every day and said out loud, “God you love me!” several times a day. A miracle unfolded and he became cancer free with the simple belief that God loved him! That was enough!
His love is enough.
